Listed below are the rental rates for the hall for
members and non-members.
Price includes: Setup of tables,
table cloths, use of kitchen and clean-up.
(Effective January 6, 2007)
WEDDINGS: Hall rental for 5 hours is $350.00 Includes bartender, champagne
toast, and set up of tables; clean up, use of kitchen, tablecloths.
Full
bar is $15.00 per person.
BRIDAL / BABY SHOWERS: Hall, beer, wine soda;
50 People $600.00
60-80 People $700.00
100 People $1000.00
NON-MEMBERS: Hall rental $350.00. Includes bartender, and set up of
tables; clean up, use of kitchen, tablecloths.

Beer/Wine/Soda $13.00 p/p (Four Hours)
Children $5.00 p/c (Age 3 and up)

ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPTIONS: Waitresses service, silverware, plates/napkins.
Bottle beer.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This is a non-smoking hall.
Deposit of $250.00 is required.
Total payment and number of persons attending the function is due 10 days
before the function.
Payment is cash or certified check.
No liquor can be brought in to a rental function. The hall will provide
all beverages.
Hall is not available for rental for: Sweet 16, Bachelor/Bachelorette,
High School graduation or birthday parties under age 30.
The
A.O.H. reserves the right to restrict hall rental for certain occasions at
their sole discretion.
The A.O.H. hall is to be used solely for the
purpose of what is stated on the contract.
These rates are subject to change at any
time.
